POOL AND SPA START-UP

Remove, clean, fold, and stow the cover.
Brush down walls, scrub the tile, and clean the water line.
Clean the skimmers.
Vacuum.
Install the pump, skimmer baskets, and fittings.
Install the ladder/railing.
Get the pool/spa running.
Test the water. Add chemicals.
Please be aware that a typical start-up needs extra cleaning and water testing before it is safe for swimming.

POOL AND SPA WINTERIZATION

Net surface, empty, and clean skimmers.
Brush down walls, scrub the tile, and clean the water line.
Clean the skimmers.
Vacuum.
Disconnect equipment, fittings, and skimmer baskets.
Remove the ladder/railing.
Lower the water level.
Blow out the plumbing lines to remove water.
Add non-toxic antifreeze to plumbing for freeze protection.
Test the water and add chemicals.
Install cover.
Stow equipment and ladder/railing.

POOL AND SPA WEEKLY SERVICE

Inspection of the pool and/or spa, equipment, and surrounding area.
Clean skimmers and empty baskets.
Net the surface.
Brush down walls and scrub tiles.
Vacuum.
Test the water and add chemicals.

POOL AND SPA WINTER SERVICES

WINTER WATCH SERVICE

Monthly inspections of the cover, pool, and/or spa, water level, equipment, and the surrounding area.
Service begins when the pool and/or spa are winterized and continues until the following spring's start-up.

WINTER CHECK

A one-time inspection service checks the cover, pool, and/or spa, water level, equipment, and the surrounding area.

HEATER SERVICES

HEATER START-UP SERVICE

Inspect, clean, and install the burner tray.
Connect the gas line and electrical wires.
Perform necessary tests to ensure proper operation.

HEATER WINTERIZATION SERVICE

Inspect and clean the heater.
Disconnect the gas line and electrical wires.
Remove the burner tray and store it indoors.
